These weight based Oil Injection systems are for the Tyre/Tube/Rubber products manufacturing companies. A specified quantity of oil is required to be injected into the Kneader / Banburry / Intermix to ensure a consistent product in the Tyre manufacturing/Rubber industry. This machine works on " Loss in Weight" principle. On giving start, a specific quantity of oil is accurately dispensed from the Weigh hopper into the Intermix or Banburry. Once the dispensing is completed, the oil from the main storage tank will once again fill into the Weigh hopper and kept ready for next discharge
